Job Dispatching
Union$ leads your dispatcher through all job sites with openings and allows the dispatcher to select from the member roster or the out-of-work list.

Union$ automatically calls the member, displaying the member's key information. If the job is accepted, Union$ prints a detailed job referral slip, with member information, hourly wage, benefit rates, and participation in optional programs.

If the member is not reached or declines the job, Union$ allows dispatcher to record the reason and select the next member to call.

Out-of-work Lists
Union$ creates and maintains a time-based out-of-work list for your Local and generates out-of-work reports for each trade and job class. members with job referrals are automatically removed from the out-of-work list. When their job finishes, they are automatically returned to the end of the list.

Union$ keeps your Local in compliance with federal, state, and union regulations covering creation and maintenance of accurate out-of-work lists.

Employer and Job-site Information
Union$ keeps track of your master roster of employers, with key information on each job site such as job size and hourly rates. Union$ allows quick, easy entry of new job data, and Union$ creates employer rosters, mailing labels and job-site reports.

Member Dues and Collections
Union$ tracks each member's dues payments and collections, prints receipts and bank deposit slips, creates suspension and bad check letters.

Union$ is flexible enough to handle a wide variety of trade and job classes, dues structures, and optional dues programs. Union$ creates the reports required by your national organization.

Membership Maintenance
Union$ maintains member biographical information, generates membership rosters and manages historical data for each member, including dues and job referral history. Union$ creates non-local rosters, member pension analyses and generates reports needed by your national organization. Union$ keeps track of membership classifications and trades, and prints mailing lists and labels quickly.
